How Long Does Delivery Take?

UK Delivery typically takes between 3 -5 working days to be delivered from date purchased.

Orders going to Northern Ireland typically takes 4 -5 working days.

Orders going to Ireland typically takes 7-21 working days

Orders going to BFPO addresses typically takes 5-7 working days

Please know bank holidays & weekends are not counted as working days.

Next Day Delivery is also available on all products, customers are reminded that the cut off for Next Day Delivery is 2pm, Monday - Friday. 

Next Day Delivery is not available for orders going to Northern Ireland,Ireland & BFPO addresses.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

What Couriers Do You Use?

We use various different couriers, depending on the service you choose at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - Hermes
  • Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days Northern Ireland) - Hermes
  • Standard Delivery (7-21 Working Days Ireland) - Fed Ex Cross Border
  • Next Day Delivery (Order Before 2pm) - DPD
  • Standard Delivery (5-7 Working Days BFPO Addresses) - Hermes

Customers will receive an email and/or text notifications for their order from either courier, depending on which delivery method they choose.

Please know, your order will say it is coming from either 'PB Fulfilment Ltd' or 'Interdelta Ltd' . Interdelta Ltd, trading as PB Fulfilment Ltd, are The Toy Kings shipping partner. 

Where Do You Ship To?

We only offer delivery to United Kingdom & Irish addresses.  Orders made to an address outside of the UK & Ireland will be cancelled & refunded.

We do not ship to the following zones; 

  • Channel Islands
  • Europe (Excluding Ireland)
  • Rest of the World

Can I Track My Order?


All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Customers who leave their phone number & email address at checkout will receive tracking information from the courier and we will send tracking information via email.

Customers can also create an account with The Toy Kings. A customer account allows customers to;

  • View their order & order history 
  • View order tracking number 
  • Sign up to our newsletter, & receive exclusive offers

How Do I Contact Customer Service?

Our customer service team are available between the hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. 

How Do I Return An Item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team with the subject "RETURN REQUEST" via email: customerhelp@thetoykings.co.uk and include the following

  • Your order number
  • Your first & last name
  • The product you're returning
  • The reason for your return

Do You Offer NHS or Unidays Discount?

Unfortunately we do not offer NHS or Unidays discount, however we do offer 5% off for customers who sign up to our newsletter!

Can I Change My Delivery Address Once I Have Placed An Order?

It is The Toy King's policy to not change a customer's delivery address once an order has been placed. This is to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud. We advise customers who have placed an incorrect delivery address to contact our customer service team via email with their order number. Please email customerhelp@thetoykings.co.uk

My Product Was Missing Parts/Had Defective Parts. What Should I do?

If you have received your order and you are missing parts of your order or your order is damaged, please email customerhelp@thetoykings.co.uk with your name, order no. & describe your problem. It is the best interest of The Toy Kings to resolve your issue as soon as practically possible.

Our customer service team is available between the hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. 

I Have Placed An Order, But Haven't Received Confirmation Email?

If you have placed an order but not received an email confirmation from The Toy Kings, please check your bank account to confirm the money has left your account.

Please, also check your spam/junk folder before contacting The Toy Kings. 

When you contact The Toy Kings, please provide your name, item you ordered, email address used & roughly what time you placed the order, our team will look for your order and resend an order confirmation email or update your email address on our system

How Long Does A Refund Take To Process?

We will pay the refund using the same method of payment as you used to purchase the product. Refunds will be processed once an item has returned back to The Toy Kings and has been inspected. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed, from that email notification it typically takes 3 -5 working days for the refund to arrive in your bank account, if not earlier.
