How long will my order take to be delivered?
We advise that delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days to be delivered from order placed, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. In certain circumstances this may take longer. Our team will be in contact should your order experience delivery delays. If your order is not with you within 7 working days from when the order was placed, then please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Orders going to Northern Ireland typically takes 2 to 5 working days to be delivered from order placed.
Orders going to Ireland typically takes 7 to 21 working days to be delivered from order placed
Orders going to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses typically takes 5-7 working days for delivery, however sometimes this may be longer.
Do you offer Next Working Day Delivery?
Yes we do! We only offer next working day delivery to addresses in England, Scotland & Wales. To get your order next day, please order before 12pm Monday-Friday.
Next Working Day Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
If you choose next working day delivery & order between 12pm on a Friday & 23:59 pm Sunday, you will receive your order on the Tuesday.
If you choose next working day delivery on a bank holiday, your order will arrive the next working day.
Please note, next day delivery is not available on all products. Products that are exempt from next day delivery are stated clearly on the product page, however there will still be an option to select next day delivery at the checkout. Please do not choose this option if you see that the product is not available for next day delivery on the product page
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been received, it will be reviewed for security checks and then processed. We aim to process orders within the same day and are typically dispatched within 24 - 48 hours, excluding orders that are placed on weekends & bank holidays. Our Couriers then pick up your awesome package and will aim to get it directly to you within 72hrs.
Please know, orders placed after Friday at 12pm will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We do not ship orders on weekends & bank holidays.
During every stage, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your order
However, sometimes this may take longer. If an order has experienced a delay of some sort, our customer service team will contact you with an update.
What courier do we use?
We use one of the following couriers for your order; Hermes, Royal Mail, Yodel & DPD. Customers cannot request which courier delivers their parcel, a courier is chosen based on the orders weight and size.
For orders going to Ireland, we use FedEx Cross Border.
All couriers will use the telephone number and/or the email address provided at checkout to notify you about your order with The Toy Kings.

We only offer delivery to United Kingdom & Ireland addresses, this includes the following zones;

Orders made to an address outside of the UK & Ireland will be cancelled & refunded.
We do not ship to the following zones;
- Channel Islands

Can I change my delivery address once I've placed an order?
It is The Toy King's policy to not change a customer's delivery address once an order has been placed. This is to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud. We advise customers who have placed an incorrect delivery address to contact our customer service team via email with their order number. Please email email@example.com

Returns & Refunds
The Team at The Toy Kings believe that you will be happy with your items purchased, but there may be occasions where you feel it is necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be given for any items returned to us in the same condition they were sent out. Return postage will be provided by The Toy Kings however our post & packaging charges will not be refunded.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team via email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) with the subject "RETURN REQUEST". The email should include the following;
- Your order number
- Your first & last name
- The product you're returning
- The reason for your return
Including the details above will help us deal with your return effectively. It is The Toy Kings' best interest to attend to all return requests as soon as practically possible. Please note that we are unable to accept returns in person at our registered office address.
When a customer requests a return & refund, The Toy Kings will provide the customer with a prepaid label. This label will be for a courier of The Toy Kings' choice and will be for a trackable service.
The Toy Kings will arrange a return label for sending an item back to us if the item is; faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your return is not as a result of The Toy Kings' error, and you're using a pre-paid returns label, we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund. We advise that all returns use a prepaid label provided by The Toy Kings, customers who chose to use a different courier/service to return an item back to us will not be refunded.If a customer chooses a courier of their choice to return an item, please inform us with the tracking number & name of the courier.
How Long Does a Refund Take to Process?
We will pay the refund using the same method of payment as you used to purchase the product. Refunds will be processed once an item has returned back to The Toy Kings and has been inspected. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed, from that email notification it typically takes 3 -5 working days for the refund to arrive in your bank account, if not earlier.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to maintain and provide the correct delivery address at checkout. If an item is returned back to The Toy Kings as the address is incomplete and/or incorrect then you as the customer will be charged for the delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids of gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health & personal care items
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (Order No, confirm billing details)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless instructed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless faulty

It is The Toy King's policy to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it or if you simply change your mind, you are entitled to request a refund via email (email@example.com) within 30 days from the date of dispatch of your order. We will refund the price of your order if the product has been taken reasonable care of and/or in an unused state complete with the original packaging and all components.
Please note that we will unfortunately not accept these as returns for electronic products if the packaging and seals have been broken, unless the product is faulty. If an item is faulty after being tested by The Toy Kings team, then a refund will be given.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account
- Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will do our utmost to resolve as effectively as possible
If you purchase an item in the sale and it does not conform to the description or is faulty then you will be entitled to a full refund (to the value paid at checkout) or exchange, please contact the team at The Toy Kings as highlighted in the returns section above. Please note if The Toy Kings has mentioned an item is defected within the product description before the purchase then the item will not be refunded as you were notified of the dect before purchase.
The Toy Kings Cooling off Rights
You have the right to cancel a contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement in writing sent to the details shown in the returns section above. If you cancel an order, we will reay the price of the order including the cost of delivery ( except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by The Toy Kings
If you cancel only part of an order, we will repay you that part of the price related to the returned products.
We will make the repayment without undue delay and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any Products supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Products.
We will refund the price of the returned products using the same means of payment as was used to pay for the order unless you and we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the refund.
At our request, we (or our nominated courier service) may collect the products from you.
Otherwise, you shall send back the Products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Products on or before the expiry of the 14 day period.
You will be able to return the products free of charge in the UK and up to a maximum cost of £7 per kilo from outside the UK if the Products are unwanted, faulty or damaged in transit.
As a consumer, you have legal rights concerning products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights are available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Outside the 14 days 'cooling-off' window, The Toy Kings will only replace items if they are damaged when you first receive the item or develop a fault
